Trahanokeftedes with Lountza Pitsilias

Ingredients
400 g fresh trahanas
60 g fresh mint
60 g onion
60 g cubes of halloumi PDO cheese
60 g cubes of Lountza Pitsilias PGI
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together and shape them into small balls.
Fry the balls in hot oil, in a deep frying pan, until they turn golden brown.
Remove from the pan, drain excess oil, and serve as a warm appetizer.
