Ingredients
2 bunches of rocket (arugula)
10 mushrooms
10 thin slices of Hiromeri Pitsilias PGI
50 gr. cubes Lountza Pitsilias PGI
¼ cup roasted pine nuts
Shredded head
Half orange peeled and cut into slices
Lemon
Olive oil
2 cloves of minced garlic (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Wash and dry the rocket.
Keep the leaves and remove the stems.
Put them in a salad bowl.
Clean the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices and add them to the salad.
Cut the Lountza Pitsilias PGI into thin strips and place it around the perimeter on the plate.
Add the orange, grated cheese and pine nuts.
Prepare the salad dressing with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
